Hanwha Robotics held a two-day dealer meeting from October 25th at the Nine tree Hotel conference hall in Pangyo, Gyeonggi Province, targeting domestic dealership staff. This marks the second meeting of the year, following the one held in March, with over 30 representatives from nationwide dealerships in attendance.

Participants shared sales cases of collaborative robots, discussed market trends, and deliberated on business strategies and product roadmaps for the second half of the year.

One of the key highlights of the meeting was Hanwha Robotics' collaborative robot solutions, particularly the HCR-10L model recently unveiled at the IMTS 2024 in the United States. This new product is distinguished by having the largest operational range among similar payload (10 kg) products.

Jeong Hyun-hwa, CEO of All That Automation Co., remarked, “The HCR-10L accurately reflects the specifications our customers have been requesting. We anticipate that it will meet various needs across multiple manufacturing sectors, including logistics applications such as powder coating and palletizing.”

On the second day of the meeting, Hanwha Robotics conducted a training program on collaborative robots at its headquarters in Pangyo. The training primarily focused on hands-on experience with the latest collaborative robot technologies and operational know-how. Participants learned programming techniques, safety function utilization, and problem-solving methods while operating actual robots.

Jeong Byung-chan, CEO of Hanwha Robotics, stated, “Through this meeting, we aim to strengthen cooperation with our dealers and establish a rapid response system to market changes. We will continue to create regular communication opportunities and practical training programs to foster joint growth with our dealers.”
